Pairing POUND® with Resistance Band Training gives you the best of both worlds—high-energy cardio and rhythm-based movement followed by focused, low-impact strength work. Start by letting loose in POUND®, where you become the music, elevate your heart rate, and ignite your whole body. Then shift seamlessly into Resistance Band Training, where you slow the pace just enough to build strength, stability, and muscle control—without stressing your joints. Together, these classes create a balanced, full-body workout that boosts endurance, tones muscles, improves coordination, and leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and energized. Designed for all fitness levels, both classes are easily modifiable—so you can go all in or pace yourself. Saturdays 8:30-10:00
